This retreat is designed for practitioners who want to train well, slow things down, and spend meaningful time on the mat in an exceptional environment.
Training is led by 5th Degree Black Belt Eduardo Novaes, with daily BJJ sessions, open mat, optional surf, mobility and recovery work, and plenty of space to rest and reset.
Numbers are intentionally limited to maintain a high-quality, small-group experience.
