This will be at this stunning location tucked away in Sutton at St James Church Hall. As we move towards winter and the leaves turn to red and brown and fall we invite you to join us for relaxation and calm and then to top it off a homemade scrummy cream tea hosted directly by Liz from High Lane Farm, Gawsworth. Words cannot describe how YUMMY it is. Once you have booked your gong bath here, we will pass your order to Liz and you can pay for the cream tea on the day - £7.50 cash. This gong bath event is NOT available without payment of the cream tea which will take place from 3pm-4pm.This event is a combination of good old traditional concepts being brought together to bring you healing and time out from the madness of the hectic world. Sound can help you relax and get to a peaceful space - it has been found to reduce pain and inflammation, sleep and also support the immune system - these are just a few of its benefits.We dont give refunds as spaces are limited - but you can give your ticket to a friend.GROUP GONG BATH INSTRUCTIONSFor gong bath events you need to provide your own yoga mat (or comfortable mat of a similar size), pillow, soft, light blanket, eye mask (optional) and a bottle of water. It is advisable to bring a towel to roll up and place under your knees in order to support your back.You need to arrive 10 – 15 minutes before the specified start time.
