Through the gentle spirit of Sweetgrass, we honor the winter within: a time for reflection, purification, and gratitude. As we turn North and  prepare for Winter’s Embrace, this is the perfect time to find the quiet within.  This experience includes:

*Setting sacred space and welcoming the Four Directions
*Teachings of the North Direction: symbolism, Earth element,  
*Sweetgrass cleansing & offering ritual
*Guided drum journey/breathwork connecting with ancestral wisdom
*Individual/group Healings
*Reflection & sharing circle
*Closing gratitude blessing

This is the first in a 4 part series to be offered quarterly or with the change of seasons honoring the wisdom of each direction as we travel the medicine wheel.  Join us for all 4 directions and during the final workshop integrate your wisdom to create your own medicine herb gift. 

East Direction: Spring
South Direction: Summer
West Direction: Autumn
