These workshops offer a supportive environment to talk openly about men’s mental health, challenge stigma, and learn simple, practical tools for coping and relaxation.Workshop 1 – Managing Stress (7th November)Recognise the signs of stress and how it affects your thoughts, emotions, and body. Discover practical coping strategies, grounding techniques, and relaxation exercises that can help you manage daily pressures and feel more balanced.Workshop 2 – Overcoming Frustration and Irritability (21st November)Explore what triggers frustration and irritability, and develop healthier ways to respond when emotions run high. We’ll share tools for communication, emotional regulation, and calming both mind and body before things escalate.No pressure. You can but do not need to book. Just a community that listens, supports, and lifts each other up. You’re welcome to attend one or both workshops — or simply drop in for a chat and a cuppa.These sessions are jointly delivered by the Wellbeing Team at Sutton Talking Therapies (NHS) and Duffus Community Foundation, working together to make wellbeing support more accessible for men across Sutton.Where: Unity Junction, Ground Floor, St Nicholas Centre, SuttonCome as you are - leave feeling a little lighter.
