Her debut album Bamako earned Global Roots Album of the Year at the 2024 Canadian Folk Music Awards.

Sophie performs music from her forthcoming sophomore album, joined by Cheick Niang on guitar and Noel Mpiaza on calabash — a trio whose sound moves effortlessly between West African tradition and contemporary songwriting, sung in English, French, Hungarian, and Bambara.
