We are just soooo excited to be holding our lovely event this Christmas time at the wonderful Sutton St James Church Hall. The countryside here is so beautiful and the place just has an air of wintery magic about it. Once inside you will enter a christmas grotto of sound. We are just so excited to put this together for you with smudgings of fairy and pixie dust and tinsel magic. Following the soundscape Liz from High Lane Farm, Gawsworth will be blessing us with her delicious homemade Christmas cream tea which wouldnt be complete without mince pies.. Words cannot describe how YUMMY it is.Once you have booked your gong bath here, we will pass your order to Liz and you can pay for the cream tea on the day - £8 cash to High Lane Farm Folk who are offering this part of the event. THIS EVENT IS NOT available as a seperate event without payment of the cream tea AND HAS TO INCLUDE PAYMENT FOR A CREAM TEA which will take place from 3pm-4pm.This event is a combination of good old traditional concepts being brought together to bring you healing and time out from the madness of the hectic world. Sound can help you relax and get to a peaceful space - it has been found to reduce pain and inflammation, sleep and also support the immune system - these are just a few of its benefits.We dont give refunds as spaces are limited - but you can give your ticket to a friend.GROUP GONG BATH INSTRUCTIONSFor gong bath events you need to provide your own yoga mat (or comfortable mat of a similar size), pillow, soft, light blanket, eye mask (optional) and a bottle of water. It is advisable to bring a towel to roll up and place under your knees in order to support your back.You need to arrive 10 – 15 minutes before the specified start time.
