sacred movement, self love

sacred movement is a slow version of ecstatic dancing, this is very different and isn't out there!
at sacred movement we listen to the music and let the body move into its own flow of where it like to let go from or bring in joy. it is a powerful way to meditate and dance. sacred movement aids with mental health, emotional balance and reset the nervous system calming down the fight n flight mode. please note you may let go in a session but once you have you and your body will feel free!!
