Meeting PointPlease meet at the Education Centre to register before the activity begins.?️ ParkingPlease note that parking charges apply.Frequently Asked Questions Where do we meet? The Ranger will meet you at the Education Centre behind the Visitors Centre. What is the age requirement for the event? These events are aimed at children aged 3–12 years, unless otherwise stated in the event description. Children under 5 may require additional support and supervision during some activities. All children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. We require a minimum ratio of 1 adult to 3 children. Tickets are required for children taking part in the activity only. Can I bring younger siblings to a children's event? Yes. Younger siblings, including toddlers and babies, are welcome to attend. Please ensure that all children in your group are adequately supervised and that the required ratios are maintained. Tickets are only required for children participating in the activities. How long is the event? Most events last approximately 1½ hours, unless otherwise stated. For craft activities, you are welcome to work at your own pace, up to the maximum event duration. Can I bring my dog? No, dogs are not permitted at our events. Do I have to pay for parking? Yes. Parking charges apply and can be paid at the machine using a card or by phone. Do I need to book? Yes, advance booking is essential. Full payment will be taken through Eventbrite at the time of booking. Please note that booking fees apply. Will I get my money back if I cancel? Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel your booking. Please refer to the Eventbrite refund terms and conditions for full details. What should I wear? Activities take place outdoors, so please dress appropriately for the weather conditions. We recommend bringing: Waterproofs or warm layers if needed Sunscreen A hat Insect repellent Please be aware that mosquitoes and horseflies may be present during the summer months. What happens if there is a weather warning? We may need to alter outdoor activities if a weather warning is in place. We will do our best to continue the event safely, provide mitigations, or offer an indoor activity where possible. If an event is cancelled due to extreme weather, you will be offered either: An alternative date, or A full refund Can I bring snacks and drinks? Yes, you are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks. You will be entitled to a full refund (minus Eventbrite’s booking fees) up to 1 day before your activity.  Refunded tickets: Refunds will include the ticket price less the Eventbrite fees (which consist of the payment processing fee and the service fee combined).  Eventbrite’s fees are non-refundable, so they won’t be returned to the ticket buyer unless the event is cancelled, or if the buyer requests a refund for a duplicate charge within 7 days of purchase.  Refunds for non-attendance by customers at events are not accepted.    EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS  · Services provided  · We will provide the event in accordance with the description.  · Cancelled and postponed events by us  · (a) We reserve the right to cancel your event at any time due to events beyond our control (such as bad weather or staff shortages).
