💜Our annual event is always the last Saturday in April💜
This years event is Saturday, April 25, 2026, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Our main headquarters for the event is at the UMC (United Methodist Church) located at 7751 South Butte Road, Sutter, California.
At the Church:
💜The Sponsor Booth is here.
💜Paper Maps and Flyers of all participating addresses can be picked up here the morning of the event starting at 7:00 am.
💜Our amazing Food Trucks are here.
💜Restrooms are located here.
💜The Church also has multiple sellers at this location. For $10 a table, you too can sale at this location.
Additional details:
💜A Google Map of all participating addresses will be available the Friday before the event after 5:00 pm in our FB Group called “Sutter Community Garage Sale Day (95982).
💜All participating Garage Sales are automatically entered into a FREE Raffle when they sign up to participate.
💜We also have a FREE Raffle for all shoppers who stop by the Sponsor Booth. More information will be shared about this as we get closer to the event.

Our little town of Sutter is only 3 square miles and we consistently have had 150+ Garage Sales participate over the past 3-4 years. Whether your one of our awesome repeat customers or a first timer, we hope to see you at this years event!!!
