Join me for an hour in the studio for a sound healing journey to soothe the mind, body, and soul. If you've been to a class before, then you'll already know the amazing effects of a sound meditation experience. They're pure bliss and I can honestly say, an experience like no other.
If you haven't yet had a chance to join a class, here's what you can expect: A guided, deep journey into rest and relaxation through gentle and authentic playing of a range of instruments. Some instruments you can expect to be immersed in are:
+ Crystal singing bowls
+ Rain sticks
+ Koshi chimes
+Tibetan bowls
If you're in need of a little more support and nurturing, in a supportive and non-judgemental space then these sessions are for you! I'm honoured to be able to share the beauty and sound healing qualities of sound with you all.
