We’ll begin with grounding somatic yoga and meditation outside surrounded by nature, then head to Pocahontas State Park for an easy hike. 

The finale of the day will be enjoying the water at Lake Chesdin with options for wake surfing, tubing, wake boarding, or simply relaxing on the boat and soaking up the sunshine. 

Light breakfast, lunch, drinks, and snacks are included — and because I want this to feel intentional and connected, spots will be limited. 

This is for the woman craving movement, joy, sisterhood, and a day that feels alive.
