Autumn Abundance Workshop | 1–5pm
As the days begin to soften and the seasons gently shift, join us for a nourishing afternoon to pause, reset and welcome autumn.
Held in a leafy suburban hall, this 1–5pm workshop offers a welcoming space to slow down and reconnect — with yourself, with others, and with the rhythm of the season.
Together we’ll explore simple grounding meditation and mindfulness practices, enjoy relaxed seasonal nature creativity, and ease into the evening with a calming sound meditation to close.
Facilitated by Laura of Sparkle & Calm, and Lisa of Mind Swell, the afternoon is designed to feel warm, playful and down-to-earth — no experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to unwind.
Light refreshments are included, and there will be plenty of space to breathe, create, and simply be.
Come as you are, leave feeling settled, refreshed and gently restored.
