Reiki Level II: Deepen Your Practice with Traditional Usui Reiki
Reiki Level II builds on the foundation of Level I, inviting you to deepen your connection to Traditional Usui Reiki and expand your ability to support healing—both in yourself and others.
In this course, you'll be introduced to three sacred Reiki symbols that help refine your intention, strengthen the flow of energy, and allow you to send Reiki across time and distance. That means you can offer Reiki to a loved one on the other side of the world—or support someone through a tough moment like a job interview or surgery—even if you aren’t physically there.
You’ll also learn how to integrate Traditional Reiki more fully into your everyday life, creating a sustainable and nurturing Reiki lifestyle that supports your body, mind, and spirit.
As always, we practice with respect and integrity. Please ask a friend or loved one for permission if you’d like to send them distance Reiki during our practice session. And if you don’t have someone in mind, you’re always welcome to send Reiki to me!
