I fell in love with yoga at university and recently completely my 200hr YTT in Bali. I have particular interest in Vinyasa, Yin and Pranayama. Ultimately my goal of each session is to help everyone feel good in their bodies and provide some time to quieten your mind amid the chaotic world we live in now. If cold please bring a jumper, if warm please bring a hat and sunscreen.Who can come? This social is open to any girls who are, or want to be, a part of the Sydney Working Holiday Girls community.
