Yoga Mondays Nov 10 - Dec 22 @ 7 pm Tynehead /Fleetwood area, Surrey

Candlelight community yoga class. Come and enjoy your body through gentle and mindful movements connecting yourself to your inner peacefulness. A beautiful way to spend an inspirational evening in Tynehead community hall, built in 1097. All levels and beginners welcome. Wear comfortable clothes, bring your yoga mat and a waterbottle. Also, your blocks/bolster if you have them and/or a small pillow/blanket, for extra comfort if you wish. Kindly arrive 10 minutes before class to settle onto your mat. Drop in each class is $15. Register for Nov 10, 17, 24, Dec 1, 8, 15, 22 for only $70. If you happen to miss a class, bring a friend to another class for free. Treat yourself. Take time for yourself. You will leave feeling relaxed and ready for a blissful nights sleep. Come and find youself on your mat.
