🕯️As the longest night draws near, we gather in candlelight to honor the turning of the seasons — releasing what is ready to be let go, and welcoming the light to return.

♥We begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, lovingly prepared and served by JuanJo and Elena, featuring Heart of the Earth cacao — a beautiful, high-vibration cacao from Colombia. This sacred plant medicine invites us to soften, open, and connect more deeply with ourselves and one another.

♥From this grounded, heart-centered space, Deeya and Ashtiika will gently guide you through a meditation, some gentle easy movement, and a Conscious Connected Breathwork journey — a simple yet profound practice that invites deep release and clarity.

♥This Breathwork is gentle, accessible, and suitable for all levels — no previous experience required.

♥We’ll close with a soothing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and gong — a wave of vibration to integrate and restore, allowing the body, mind, and spirit to rest in harmony.

✨Gathered in a small, intimate circle within a cozy home sanctuary, this evening is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and celebrate the beauty of stillness and renewal.✨

Please bring a mat, pillows, blankets, eye covering, and anything else for your comfort. Doors open at 5:30pm please arrive by 5:45 at the latest.
