Candlelight Meditation and Soundbath with Nazanin

Take a peaceful pause from the busyness of the upcoming holiday season and join us for a deeply nourishing Candlelit Restorative Practice at Barre Fitness.

Surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight and supported in comfort; you’ll be guided through a calming meditation designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and invite deep rest. As you settle into stillness, you’ll return to the warmth within, and your calm center.

The evening will close with a gentle sound bath, allowing soothing tones to guide you back home to a sense of peace, balance, and stillness.
