Gym will open at 8 am for set up. I will need volunteers to insure that we are staying on time for the tournament so please message me if you would like to help with Set up and tear down.

Schedule will be up once I have finalized Gym and Teams.

Captains Please get payments in as soon as possible.

Housekeeping: We are not to use the cafeteria. I would suggest storing your stuff in the small gym bleachers as the cafeteria will be closed off. Teams if you're bringing coolers I would suggest not to as the space will be limited but I will provide lunch breaks for people to refuel up. Absolutely no food or drinks in the gym excluding water.

If people do want the use of cafeteria and eating space. That will require team fees to be increased to $550 per team to pay for the extra $2000 it costs for the Cafeteria. Captains you can message me if you would like this.
