In the midst of busy schedules and constant demands, this is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the profound impact that intentional movement and breath can have on both body and mind.We'll begin with a gentle heated stretch and flow designed to improve mobility and release tension throughout the fascial system. Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, joint, and organ in the body. When combined with mindful movement and deep diaphragmatic breathing, we can help restore mobility, improve posture, reduce stress, and create a greater sense of ease throughout the body.The second half of the session will transition into guided breathwork and a calming 7 Chakra meditation led by Dr. Vishal Sharma. Through intentional breathing and meditation, you'll be guided into a state of deep relaxation while exploring practices that cultivate presence, mental clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper connection with yourself.As an orthodontist with advanced clinical expertise in airway, breathing, and craniofacial development, Dr. Sharma has become increasingly passionate about the fundamental role breathing plays in overall health.
