This workshop is not just a study of philosophy but a journey into embodied wisdom exploring the Yamas and Niyamas - yoga's ethical principles for conscious living and transformation.
You will receive your very own copy of “The Yamas and Niyamas: Exploring Yoga's Ethical Practice” book by Deborah Adele as well as the Companion Journal that will allow you to truly dive into this workshop with hands on tools.
