Sometimes you just need a place to stop. To step away from the noise, the responsibilities, the overthinking, and everything that has been asking for your attention.

The Threshold is a deeply relaxing sound bath designed to give you space to slow down, quiet your mind, reconnect with yourself, and simply receive.

October’s theme explores the moment when something within you feels ready to shift. Maybe there is something you are ready to leave behind. Maybe something new is beginning to call you forward. You do not need to know the whole path or have everything figured out.

Through a guided meditation, an immersive sound journey, and a symbolic Threshold Ritual, you will be supported in relaxing deeply, releasing what feels complete, and connecting with what you are ready to step toward next.

What You’ll Experience
• A 10-minute guided meditation to help you settle into your body, quiet the outside noise, and connect with your intention for the evening.
• A 60-minute immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, brass bowls, gongs, crystal harp, ocean drum, rainstick, Koshi chimes, tuning forks, and other sound healing instruments.
• The Threshold Ritual, where you will identify something you are ready to leave behind and something you are choosing to step toward, then physically cross a symbolic threshold at the close of the experience.
• Space for your mind to quiet, your body to soften, and your nervous system to deeply relax.
• An opportunity to step away from everything that normally needs your attention and simply rest, receive, and reconnect with yourself.
