Exploring Emotions with Neurographica

This workshop is designed to bring awareness to what lies deep within. Each artist will connect with their higher power as they draw lines and color using Neurographica. Through breathwork and connecting neurons you may experience self-reflection, discovery, and gain personal insight. This practice enhances mindfulness, self expression, and relaxation. If you seek quality quiet time, this is something that you will enjoy. $35
