Donor Preparation:
- #1 deferral for women is low iron. Women begin eating iron rich foods.
- 3 days prior begin to increase water intake – hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
- Eat prior to donation (no fasting)
- Bring Photo ID reflecting first and last names
- Visit restroom prior to beginning the donation process
- Donors may take their health history the day of donations – see below.

Regarding Fast Track: Simply log on day of donation and follow the prompts. When completed either print out the boarding pass or snap a picture of the QR code for our staff to scan.
