You're invited to join us at The Ben Buckler Whisky Dinner, hosted by Australia's own Larry Emdur on Saturday 29 August, 6pm at CATCH Restaurant.

Every guest goes home with a full bottle of The Ben Buckler, valued at $95. That's Father's Day sorted a week early, plus an incredible evening at CATCH with Larry Emdur. 

The Ben Buckler is Larry Emdur's internationally award-winning Australian whisky. On 29 August he joins us at CATCH to pour it, host the room, and share the story behind the bottle. Executive Chef Kathy Tindall has built three courses around the whisky, from cured Tasmanian salmon to a whisky-poached pear.

$159 per person, with the $95 bottle included. Less than 30 tickets remain.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

A full bottle of The Ben Buckler to take home, valued at $95. A welcome cocktail on arrival made with the whisky. Three courses by Executive Chef Kathy Tindall, each built around it. An evening hosted by Larry Emdur.

First course: Whisky-cured Tasmanian salmon
Second course: Mustard and whisky glazed braised beef, minted pea puree, roast dutch carrot, potato galette
Third course: Whisky-poached pear
