HOW TO DEVELOP
Find the right site. Run the numbers. Get your approvals. Manage the build. Sell and settle. The whole process, step by step, from people who do it for a living.

HOW TO FUND IT
Structure a Joint Venture with a money partner, a landowner or an experienced developer, so the size of your bank balance stops deciding the size of your deal.

✔ How to tell a good site from an expensive mistake
✔ How to run a feasibility and trust your own numbers
✔ Which type of JV suits your situation
✔ How to pitch a deal to a potential partner
✔ Exactly what your next step is
