From April 27th to May 1st 2026, Caro offers an immersive 5-day innerdance training in Koh Phangan, a condensed version of her 3-month online program.

At the crossroads of science and spirituality, innerdance offers a unique path to the homeostatic and regenerative dimensions of the body-mind system, reconnecting participants to life, spirit, nature, and their most authentic selves. It is a journey of inner movement, which brings together chaos and order, allowing us to free ourselves from our old limiting beliefs.

Developed by Filipino teacher Pi Villaraza, innerdance reconnects us to life, nature, and our most authentic self.
This course has been designed to give people context and trust in the subtle art of facilitating space in the innerdance universe.

Dates: April 27 to May 1, 2026
Time: 9 AM to 6 PM
Space: The Yoga House, Koh Phangan island.

During this journey, we will be invited to look into the following inquiries:
- How do we meet “Now”, changing the now and the perspective we have on Time to evolve and become.
- How do we meet in Space, flowing through deconstruction and reconstruction with grace and trust?
- How do we navigate through the body-mind-consciousness to open the doorway to a heightened and expanded state of consciousness?
- What is music and sound, and how do they reflect our internal states of being and transformation?
- How to grow into a spiritual journey of transformation, as a being, as a planet?
- How innerdance might be applicable for multiple audiences in the World, in ways that allow participants to heal themselves systemically with or without active facilitation?

​Over the course of five days, we will co-create an interactive space that welcomes questions and encourages learning, exploration, and experimentation.

This training will cover the theoretical foundations of the innerdance school. 

Within the five days, one full day will be dedicated to music and playlist creation, and another full day to space-holding dialog and practice.
