Bythe end of that class, she was transformed and vowed to bring the healing and self-actualization potential she experienced to as many people as she could through yogic practices. She became a Certified Yoga Teacher in 2010, lived at an ashram for two years teaching yoga, meditation and pranayama to visitors and guests, and has taught yoga in studios, on horseback, and in haylofts.
