5Rhythms® Summer workshop for couples
Waves and Heartbeat level

Whether you’re riding the wave of new love, navigating the chaos of change or seeking to deepen a long-term connection this workshop is for you. We welcome couples of all sexual orientations, relationship structures, and identities.

Experience the power of shared movement in a safe and supportive space. 5Rhythms practice can help unleash authentic expression which supports deep and honest communication with your partner. The power of dance can help you reignite passion and playfulness. Being in a group where we are all couples, there is an abundance of common experience and just by sharing our stories we can help each other develop tools to work through conflict and build resilience.

We’ll dance together as a group, and also have separate sessions for men and women to explore individual experiences within the relationship. This creates a unique opportunity for both shared growth and personal reflection.

Embrace the wisdom of your bodies and the courage of your hearts. Through movement, breath, and creative exploration, we’ll tap into the deep wellspring of love and connection that resides within each of us.

Prerequisites: 20 hours of Waves level
This workshop counts as 2.5 days of Waves and 2.5 days of Heartbeat towards the Teacher Training.

The workshop begins on Monday 25th of August at 19:00 h and ends on Saturday 30th of August at 12:00 h.

The workshop is led in English.

Recommended donations:

Until 25.06. is 260 EUR, after 25.06. is 290 EUR.

For the working team is 130 EUR. For the 5Rhythms Teachers and Space Holders is 150 EUR.



Location: Sports Hall SOKOLANA, Sv. Ivana 3, 21403 Sutivan



Accommodation: You organize your own accommodation, and we will have a Facebook group to connect with others in order to share a place and exchange information and recommendations. We will also send you a list with some options and helpful links.



Travel: look for flights to Split, and then there is a 1 hour ferry ride to Supetar and 15 minutes bus drive to Sutivan. There is also a catamaran that takes 30 minutes directly from Split to Sutivan. Split is very well connected by train and bus, as well as by highway.
