Rooted in Ayurvedic principles, this class will focus on practices that strengthen immunity, balance digestion, and reduce stress—helping you feel energized and resilient before you head into Thanksgiving weekend.

Through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques, you’ll learn simple ways to support your body’s natural defenses and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity during a busy time of year. All levels are welcome, and no prior yoga experience is needed.

Bring your own mat, wear comfortable clothing, and give yourself the gift of self-care before the holiday festivities begin.
