Discover the fundamentals of yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment. This beginner-friendly class is designed for those new to yoga or anyone looking to refresh their foundational skills. In Yoga 101, you’ll learn essential yoga poses, breathing techniques, and basic principles of alignment.
Our focus is on building strength, flexibility, and balance at a comfortable pace, with modifications to meet each participant’s needs.
No previous experience or specific level of fitness is required. By the end of this class, you'll have a solid foundation in yoga and feel more confident in your practice so you can continue on with a variety of yoga classes.
This class is a 6-week series that meets 1x a week on Thursdays at 4:45pm. By signing up for this series, you are signing up for all 6 classes.
