The planned route is a 5+ mile out-and-back, starting from the first parking lot on Wisconsin Point and heading to the end of the point. 
As we move further into the training season, we may extend the route to a longer distance (7 to 9 miles).

This is a free, no-pressure, training-focused run for those preparing for Grandma’s Marathon or working toward other fitness goals, all are welcome to come but this run will be training oriented.
If we opt for a longer distance, runners will be encouraged to bring gels, hydration, and any other essentials to practice fueling for longer efforts.
