This weekly yoga class is open to staff, faculty, students, and the greater community. Everyone is welcome!

If you prefer practicing in the privacy of your own home, this class is also offered virtually via Zoom. Here is the link: https://wisconsin-edu.zoom.us/j/91308575158#success

Please note: There is no class on March 11, 2026 (Spring Break). If there is inclement weather (whether or not school is closed on Wednesday morning), we will do our best to offer a virtual only class, if possible. Please be safe in making your decision on joining us in person, knowing that attending via zoom is an option.
