Meet author Jerrold McGhie

Jerrold McGhie, a railroad porter, is the author of "Working the Rails." He'll be at Foxes & Fireflies discussing his book and railroad history as well as signing copies.
"Working the Rails" brings to life the stories of the Pullman Porters. McGhie combines his experiences with research to paint a vivid picture of this resilient community -- a must-read for those interested in railway history and the experiences of everyday Americans.
McGhie is also the author of "The Invisible Men" and "The Invisible Men: The Real Stories."
