This beginner-friendly class introduces students to the timeless art of stained glass. The workshop is designed to teach the essential skills needed to start a stained glass project while keeping it fun, approachable, and creative.
Students will learn and practice the following:
Designing a stained glass project
Understanding glass types & color choices
Creating a pattern using pattern transparency paper*
Cutting and shaping glass (hand tools & grinders)*
Copper foiling*
Soldering Stained Glass*
Finishing techniques & tips
Using a Stained Glass Supply & Planning planner (provided in kit)
Open Studio Sessions
Question & Answer Session

This certificate confirms that the student has been trained in the basic stained glass skills and may work independently during Open Studio sessions.
