Benefit for Jamie Buttrick

Please join us at Ace's on Sunday, November 16th for a benefit to help support Jamie and Aaron through the next six to eight months. There will be a Chinese auction, silent auction, and raffles.

Jamie was recently diagnosed with Stage Four Colon Cancer which has spread to her liver. She underwent a successful colon surgery/liver ablation in August to remove the cancer.

While the prognosis is good she was informed that she will now need to begin 12 sessions of aggressive chemotherapy. That will severely impact her ability to work at her normal pace/hours.

Jamie is the provider for her son, Aaron and we all know that her priorities revolve around her child and then her career. 12 sessions of chemo is going to cause physical symptoms that will seriously limit or prevent her from working and have a huge financial impact

And yes, the doctors had to order her to take time off for her recovery; I think we can all imagine Jaime trying to "just get a few hours in".
