Grow group meetings are run by the members themselves, according to a well-structured format. During the meeting, members can share their problems, learn how to re-build their lives and report on their own progress. Grow’s program of personal growth is based on changing negative thinking and behaviour, and developing understanding, acceptance and confidence is at the heart of the Grow program. It offers strategies on how to:Deal with an emotional crisisManage feelingsThink by reasonRealize personal worth Improve relationshipsBecoming a Grow member gives you access to GROW groups, personal development using GROW literature (incl. Ted Talks, YouTube, articles, podcasts, research papers etc.), social activities, training, community building activities and much more. We are not a religious organisation – individual spirituality varies, and we are non-discriminatory.
