If you or someone you know is struggling with addiction, come join us for our monthly support group meetings. This monthly meeting can be an addition to your current peer support group meetings. Our safe and welcoming environment provides a space to share experiences, gain insights, and receive encouragement from others who understand what you're going through. Whether you're in recovery or just starting your journey, the Self Place Addiction Support (SPAs) group is here to support you. No judgment, just support.

What is the SPAs' goal?

The aim of SPAs is to provide a safe space where individuals can come together to offer and receive support on their journey towards freeing themselves from the attachment and reliance on substances and non-substances; non-substances such as the internet, sex, gambling, shopping). SPAs goals are to help individuals:

• realize that they have the strength and ability to recover from addiction,
• feel inspired and motivated to dedicate and stay on their path to recovery
• accept the truth of the attachment and take back control of their life,
• gain a renewed sense of purpose and excitement for life,
• move towards a lifestyle of health and wellness, peace, love, forgiveness, compassion, and truth.

Who should attend SPAs?

The Self Place Addiction Support (SPAs) group is for anyone who have identified to having an unhealthy attachment and have decided that they want to release the dependency on these substances and non-substances. SPAs welcomes anyone who seeks support on their path to recovery from addiction.

About the space?

Self Place is a safe sacred space that is pulsing and emanating with peaceful, loving, compassionate, and healing Divine energy. Self Place hosts a variety of different events, and provides holistic services (such as acupuncture, holistic talk therapy, energy therapy, yoga, and guided meditation) that are geared towards helping us all return to operating from authenticity and embody Divine essence.
