About your Instructor:
Susan is the East West Taoist Associations Regional coach for Cleveland and Scotland and is area coach for the North East where she resides with her family. 

With over 31 years of experience practicing Tai Chi and Feng Shou (Kung Fu)  she is one of  Grand Master Howard Gibbon’s longest serving students. Susan teaches weekly classes and holds training days locally and nationally. 

About T’ai Chi classes:
T’ai Chi is often understood as meditation in movement. The movements are soft and flowing like gentle waves upon a  shore.  

We are encouraged to feel what is happening internally becoming aware of posture and muscle changes. It is ancient mindfulness, tried and tested  over thousands of years, and a delight to practice. Not only will we practice the form, we will explore energy , improve posture , strengthen our muscles, improve suppleness. We will improve our breathing through Taoist respirational therapy and Taoist yoga known as K’ai Men.
