Getting on your bike is a simple, cost free, fun activity with a number of health and economical benefits.This ride will start and finish in Thompsons Park and will be a leisurely 5 mile route using local cycle infrastructure. The route will link with local business parks, shopping outlets and the City Centre. We will also explore the beautiful river and coastal routes before heading back. The route can be extended based on the ability of the riders who participate.
