Alongside this, sweeping SEND reforms propose a simpler, more consistent system with strengthened mainstream inclusion, major new investment, and the introduction of digital Individual Support Plans to ensure timely, needs‑led support for children and young people.Against this landscape, the conference brings together educators, health professionals, policymakers, families, and the voluntary sector to explore what these reforms mean in practice.
