Allow the sounds to gently settle around you as you move into a deeper state of rest and stillness. It’s a beautiful way to step away from the stresses of the week and give yourself some much-needed time to simply rest.When you give yourself a little time away from the busyness and demands of everyday life, you create space to rest, breathe and simply be.As you settle into the sounds and vibrations, you may find your mind becoming quieter and your body beginning to soften and relax.You will be welcomed into a warm, cosy sanctuary, where pillows, blankets, a yoga mat, and an eye mask are thoughtfully provided for your comfort . We’ll begin with a short guided meditation, giving you a little time to arrive, slow your breathing and become more present.From there, the sound journey begins. I’ll play a range of instruments including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, grounding percussion and gongs, allowing the sounds and vibrations to build and move naturally throughout the space.There’s nothing you need to do during the sound journey. Simply get comfortable and listen, allowing yourself to rest and experience the sounds in whatever way feels right for you.​Sound can be experienced on many levels, whether that’s mentally, emotionally, physically or spiritually.The combination of rhythm, tone, vibration and resonance can help quieten the mind and encourage the body to move into a deeply restful state. For some people, this may simply be an opportunity to switch off and rest. For others, the experience can feel more emotional, reflective or deeply personal.Everyone experiences a sound journey differently, and there is no right or wrong way to receive it.
