- **Event Description**: Come and help us look for dolphins and other marine life at our fun fin-filled family half term event at Roker Pier, Sunderland.About this EventJoin us to look for whales, dolphins and harbour porpoises, and learn about the marine mammals that can be seen locally from our shores! Have a fin-tastic start to half term and visit us by the entrance to Roker Pier to help us spot marine life such as dolphins! We'll be there from 10am-12pm on Tuesday 17th February.We will have binoculars available to use, and we'll also have fun activities and crafts for all the family to enjoy.This is a drop-in event that is open to passers-by too, but please do register if you are coming so that we can let you know if it's cancelled due to poor weather conditions.Please wear weather suitable clothing and outdoor footwear. You may wish to bring a hat, gloves and a drink.Suitable for all ages, anyone aged under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.There is Pay and Display parking available, and toilets facilities are nearby.Meet by the entrance to Roker Pier W3W///steer.hurray.voidThis event is funded by the Sea Changers grant and is delivered in partnership with COAST Sunderland.
