I want to speak with the woman who feels like her body is changing faster than the world around her knows how to hold.

I’ve walked alongside women for decades—as a healer, a therapist, a teacher—and I want to say this clearly: there is nothing wrong with you. What you’re experiencing in perimenopause and menopause is not a breakdown. It’s a turning point. A deep, cellular invitation to come home to yourself.

And yet… it can feel lonely. Confusing. Exhausting. Tender in ways no one prepared us for.

This Women’s Circle was created because I know how powerful it is when women are no longer asked to explain, minimize, or “power through” this season. I wanted a space where you can arrive exactly as you are—tired, curious, grieving, relieved, fiery, quiet, wise—and be met with understanding.

In our circle, we will slow things down.
We will breathe together.
We will gently support the nervous system and the hormonal shifts happening in real time.
We will share what’s true—without fixing, advising, or bypassing.

This is a place where you can say: 
“I don’t recognize my body anymore.”
“I feel more myself than I ever have.”
“I’m angry.”
“I’m grieving.”
“I’m finally free.”
All of it belongs.

I believe perimenopause and menopause are sacred thresholds—an initiation into deeper wisdom, clearer boundaries, and a more honest relationship with your body and your life. But initiations were never meant to be walked alone.

If you feel the call to sit in circle, to be witnessed, to rest into this transition rather than resist it, I would be honored to hold this space with you.

Come as you are.
You don’t need to have the words.
