There’s something about Fall that naturally asks us to slow the heck down. 😂🍂

The days get a little shorter. The desert air begins to soften. Nature starts letting go of what it no longer needs.

And maybe… we can take the hint.

Join me for an evening of Yoga Nidra + Sound Healing at Blisstopia Yoga — a cozy pause in the middle of all the doing, planning, caretaking, working, scrolling and generally being a human being. 😉

🌙 First… Yoga Nidra

You’ll settle in comfortably while I guide you through Yoga Nidra — an ancient yogic practice of deep conscious relaxation.

You don't have to twist yourself into a pretzel.
You don't have to concentrate really hard.
And you definitely don't have to “clear your mind.” 😂

You simply lie down, get comfortable, listen to my voice, and allow your awareness to move inward.

Yoga Nidra gives the body a chance to become deeply still while the mind remains gently awake and aware.

🎶 Then… we let the sounds take over.

I'll weave in Yoga Nāda — singing bowls, chimes, gong, drums and other resonant instruments — creating a soundscape you don't have to do anything with.

Just listen.

Let the vibrations move through the room.

Let your body settle.

Let your nervous system have a little vacation from being in charge of everything.

And somewhere between the guided Nidra and the sound, you may discover that beautiful place where you aren't trying to get anywhere.

You're just… here.

🍂 Fall is a season of transition.

A season of gathering in.

Of becoming quieter.

Of making space.

Of remembering that rest isn't something you have to earn.
