2026 Florida Corgi Spring Fling

Corgi fans will love this event celebrating Corgis and Corgi mixes! A day of fun, games, contests and fundraising!!

About this Event

A group of us got together and created our own little Corgi gathering to celebrate these beautiful dogs! The Florida Corgi Spring Fling was born in 2024. This event is a whole day filled with fun events and auction to raise funds and support CorgiAid and Skyway Dachshund Rescue. The theme for our third annual event is PIRATES!

All profits will benefit great Corgi causes - CorgiAid, Inc.and Skybridge Dachshund & Friends Rescue

Your Corgi can take part in Corgi races, costume contests, hot dog eating contest (for the dogs), Olympic games, raffle prizes; a silent and live auction of great Corgi and other popular items.This year we have added a silent auction in addition to our live auction!

You will purchase an entry ticket for each person in your party age 12 and up. Raffle tickets are also available under "Add-On".

We ask everyone to bring a dog/Corgi related item or cash donation for the auction. Bring your chairs and enjoy the day under beautiful oak trees!

The Rockabilly Pizza food truck will be on-site from 11am-2pm or bring your own lunch.

Info: Welcome to the 2026 Florida Corgi Spring Fling! Organizers Cyndi Rabey and Jenny LaCasse will share important information and give you the run down of the day!

Raffle

Info: `Raffle tickets sales will begin at 9:30 am. Cash only! Prizes include An inflatable paddle board, 2 - $100 Amazon Gift Cards, a Yeti Cooler Bag. We are excited to announce we have a Maxine Corgi Little Chonk backpack!

Pirate Photo Booth

Info: We are offering great photo opportunities for you and your Corgi with our Pirate Captain and the Sea Wench! Such a fun activity! Feel free to wear a costume if you like!

SILENT AUCTION

Info: We have curated some amazing prizes for the silent auction. Bid sheets will be available throughout the day; until 1:30 pm. Winners will be announced at 1:35 pm. You will collect your prize and pay at our cashier table.

Lure Coursing

Info: Sign your pup up to run the lure course. You will sign up for a specific time . Be in line 5 minutes before your appointment. You will be able to run the course for 5 minutes.

Live Auction

Info: Please bring a Corgi/dog related item or a cash donation. The live auction will begin at 10:00 AM. We hope this fundraising event will be a huge success. There are always some very unique items that will make the Corgi Collectors hearts beat faster! Our new auctioneer Mike New will be presenting the auction items for your bidding pleasure! CorgiAid is a nonprofit organization founded to provide financial assistance to corgis and corgi mixes. They help out those who rescue dogs from shelters or other non-permanent homes, then foster them until a new home is found. Funds are used to provide medical care for the dogs to become adoptable. We will also be supporting Skyway Dachshund and Friends Rescue ; who have recently agreed to assist with Corgi Rescue and adoptions.

Info: Lunch break! The Rockabilly Pizza food truck will be on-site from 11 - 2. You are also welcome to bring your own lunch. Please avoid food aggression issues by keeping food away from the dogs.

Corgi Hot Dog Eating Contest

Info: The hot dog eating contest will be held a separate area (west side of venue). Corgis will have the humans with them, holding their leash. Each entrant will be given the same number of hot dog pieces to grab out of the pan of water. We will time them. Winner is the dog who eats the most in the fastest time.. If interested you will need to sign-up at the registration table.

Corgi Races
