State Superintendent Ellen Weaver will deliver an inspiring keynote address on the state of education in Sumter and across South Carolina, outlining her priorities for 2025–2026 and sharing insights on how we can strengthen workforce readiness and career pathways for the next generation.
This event celebrates collaboration between K–12 schools, higher education, and industry partners—all working together to prepare students for success. Attendees will also enjoy spotlight videos and printed features showcasing our local education partners and their contributions to Sumter’s progress.
Together, we’ll explore how partnerships and innovation can drive a brighter future for our region. Topics will include education priorities, workforce collaboration, SC250, and the Palmetto Pioneer Project.
