GENTLE STYLE QIGONG
QiGong [chee gung] an ancient energy practice is designed to improve our mental, emotional, and physical health especially by creating balance through various techniques, such as moving and still postures, breathwork, body tapping, sound vibration and meditations. Guided by the YOQI School, we will follow the 5-Element Cycle learning the various movements and other correspondences for each element. These workshops welcome those new to Qigong and those wanting to deepen their practice.
