The duration of each class is limited to a maximum of 3 hours (2 hours for Kid's Summer Canvas Classes). We strive to ensure that all participants are able to complete the class within the designated time frame, and deviations from the schedule are infrequent. However, clients who are unable to finish within the allocated time and wish to extend their stay will incur a late fee of $15 for every 15-minute increment, up to a maximum of 45 minutes beyond the scheduled class end time. This policy is implemented to ensure that our staff members are able to return to their families in a timely manner, and also to compensate our instructors and assistants for the additional time invested. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, preventing you from attending the class.
