This beautiful 2.3-mile, moderate-level trail is just 93 miles northwest of Atlanta’s city center and features a well-marked path of paved asphalt and wooden boardwalks—ideal for all fitness levels.Together, we’ll slow down, connect with nature, and connect with each other in a supportive and reflective space.WHO CAN ATTENDThis event is for women-identified participants, ages 18 and older.WHAT TO BRING1–3 liters of waterSunblock and/or a hatComfortable hiking shoes/boots or trail sneakersMoisture-wicking or workout clothingSmall backpack/daypackTowel or small mat to sit on (optional)Journal and penSnacks or a lite pack lunchWHAT TO EXPECTWe’ll begin with warm introductions to each other and to the land, followed by a few shared agreements for our time together.
