Spring Shakeout Series

Tri It for Life is excited to host this Spring Shakeout series where we're helping women who would like to either run their first mile ever or get back into running after this chilly winter.

We'll meet on Sunday evenings and provide workouts to follow throughout the week until we meet again. This group will host ALL speeds and will have plenty of walking and running intervals.
